Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage food as a procurement category.
Experience in sourcing food and non-food products such as groceries, perishable items (poultry, milk, vegetables), chemicals, and garbage bags.
Monitor industry trends and developments.
Work closely with the Business Head and Regional Supply Chain teams.
Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for raw materials, goods, and services.
Evaluate and strategically source potential suppliers.
Forecast future demand for goods and services.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
Track key metrics and KPIs to drive cost reduction.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Identify savings opportunities in franchise raw material procurement along with category buyers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and work autonomously with excellent judgment.

Requirements

Experience in the food/QSR industry is an advantage.
Graduate/Post Graduate
Strong decision-making skills.
