Job Description

Role Overview: As a Process Training Manager at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your primary responsibility will be to manage process training for the aligned F & A account, including new hire training and BAU interventions for a team of 200+ FTEs. You will also be responsible for managing clients and internal stakeholders, creating and maintaining detailed training MIS and documentation, designing, developing, and delivering training on F&A products and processes as needed. It will be crucial for you to adhere to signed-off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans, and any other prescribed regulations. Additionally, conducting F&A domain trainings and need-based refreshers, owning training governance, ensuring audit readiness/compliance for assigned accounts, and maintaining various process/training-related documents will be part of your daily tasks. Your role will also involve providing relevant data as necessary, adhering to the requirements of supervisors, and updating contents of the process as per training and process requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage process training for the aligned F & A account, including new hire training and BAU interventions - Manage clients and internal stakeholders effectively - Create and maintain detailed training MIS and documentation - Design, develop, and deliver training on F&A products and processes as needed - Adhere to signed-off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans, and other regulations - Conduct F&A domain trainings (p2p/o2c/r2r) and need-based refreshers - Own training governance and ensure audit readiness/compliance for assigned accounts - Ensure all trainings are conducted as per the plan - Prepare and maintain various process/training related documents - Provide relevant data as and when necessary - Adhere to the requirements of supervisors - Create and update contents of the process as per training and process requirements Qualifications: - Effective communication skills - Effective business writing skills - Adaptability and flexibility - Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities - Analyzing and reasoning abilities - People management skills - Client handling experience - Effective stakeholder communication - Strategic vision - Result-oriented and metric-driven mindset - Coaching and mentoring abilities to enable others to grow - Capable of managing multiple tasks - Meeting the daily quality requirements - hands-on experience in quality tools such as RCA, Pareto chart, etc.,
