Assistant Manager – Process Engineer / Executive

We are looking for a skilled Asst. Manager Process Engineer/Executive with 8 to 11 years of experience in Agrochemicals/Chemicals, specifically in process engineering/technology transfer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Design and develop new processes for Agrochemicals/Chemicals.
• Prepare Material balance, PFDs, heat balance, and capacity calculations for products.
• Develop technical data sheets for reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, columns, etc., as per product-specific requirements and different standards.
• Review P&IDs as per standards and generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Conduct HAZOP studies based on PID and execute them as per the finalized document.
• Estimate batch size by considering product parameters and equipment size.
• Implement cost-effective improvement projects related to raw materials, yield, time cycle, debottlenecking of equipment occupancy, and reduction of overhead and fixed costs.
• Involve in improving safety systems such as fire hydrant systems, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 systems in clean rooms, and heat detector systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agrochemicals/Chemicals, preferably in process engineering/technology transfer.
• Strong knowledge of process design, material balance, PFDs, heat balance, and capacity calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
