As an Assistant Manager Pricing, Product Management at Knauf in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in securing specifications and contracts with potential customers engaged in target construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and contacting potential customers to secure specifications and contracts, ensuring revenue generation by incorporating Knauf products within specifications. - Collaborating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for in-demand services and products. - Providing solutions to design and feasibility challenges that comply with accepted standards in the domestic market. - Offering representation and advice to professional bodies to enhance Knauf's profile and influence industry issues to Knauf's benefit. - Developing designs and specifications for architects, designers, and contractors to ensure KNAUF gypsum fibre products are specified. - Monitoring on-site construction in collaboration with the contractor to provide advice and solutions to encountered problems. - Providing technical assistance and training to the local Knauf sales team, architects, and decision-makers, while maintaining a strong project pipeline. - Maintaining close contact with the Knauf Marketing Department to ensure a strong brand presence in the target market. - Using provided systems like Salesforce to build account plans for focus customers, focusing on the right projects in terms of size, timing, and winning opportunities. - Handling pricing activities to implement competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing, along with 3+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential. - Experience in a process-driven, premium Building Materials organization, preferably an MNC, with strong analytical and presentation skills. - Proactive, confident, and engaging personality with a hands-on approach and practical field experience. - Commercial mindset with a strong customer focus, open-mindedness, team spirit, and excellent analytical skills.
