Job Responsibilities
Scheduled Maintenance Planning
- Reviewing of Daily Work Package for Scheduled Maintenance of fleet.
- Timely release of Information of preliminary major tasks which are planned on Indigo fleet to Line Maintenance during night.
- Ensuring routing & planning of Rectification of Critical Snags, Critical MELs in Coordination with LMD/MCC.
- Ensure effective planning of Reduced BSI plans provided for NEO & CEO A/Cs.
- Planning of next days BMD activities & timely intimation to all stakeholders for necessary Preloading of spares & required positioning of A/Cs.
- Planning of pre C-Check induction in coordination with C-Check team & team leader of C-Check.
- Ensuring compliance of ongoing SBs/ADs/SILs/VSBs.
- Ensuring daily requirement of scheduled maintenance tasks on A/Cs are met every night in order to cater the requirement of whole fleet.
- Ensures timely release of Induction/Pre Lease return Work packages for timely preloading of required spares.
- Ensures timely completion of Latest NAVDATA on entire fleet.
- Ensuring closure of work orders and reporting back of scheduled tasks in AMOS.
- Coordinating with LMD and Stores for ensuring availability of man-power and material for maintenance.
- Continuous monitoring of Maintenance Forecast in AMOS for timely & effective planning of all maintenance events coming due on A/Cs.
- Ensuring spare availability and including MCC W/O in work packages as and when aircraft is specifically routed for MEL/CDL clearance.
- Monitoring and planning of TCI units falling due for replacement in upcoming months.
- Preparation of Biweekly Maintenance Plan for A320/A321 & ATR Fleet.
- Providing details of material to be pre-loaded to Warehouse for daily work package.
Routing:
- Tracking upcoming schedule changes that involves time change/call sign change/rotation changes.
- Updating day to day schedule changes due NOTAM and other operation reasons.
- Tracking/Implementation/cross checking of cancellations due Fog/crew/other operation reasons.
- Ensure layover time available for all rotations in summer/winter schedule, if not take it up with commercial to cater it.
- Ensure releasing information regarding new flights/ new rotation/new upcoming night halt stations to concerned teams.
- Monitoring of positioning flights for new rotations.
- Coordination with commercial and flight ops for A/c requirement on different International sectors.
- Monitoring of several routing constraints.
- Coordination with LMD for closure of Audit-Points closure.
- Coordination with crew planning to increase effectivity of crew planning by taking swaps in rotations to cater crew pairing requirements.
- A/c on low flying monitoring.
- Implementing day to day cancellation taken by OCC/commercial due operation reasons into routing and cross checking cancellations/time changes for base mis-match.
- Preparation and releasing of NEO EVENTS in coordination with QATS.
- Preparation of Seven days Templates.
- Rules/requirements for schedule Rotations to be implemented in schedule in coordination with commercial and crew planning.
- Information release for new flights to LMD & concerned SICs.
- Rotation requirements for Crew scheduling.
- Rules for routing Software.
- Coordination for software with IT.
- Validating new rotation and option to merge it
- Continuous change in Night halt pattern.
- Coordination for Novation Deal.
- Coordination for lessor inspection.
- Coordination with commercial for 186 seater rotations.
- Tracking rotations after engine change.
- C-check positioning monitoring.
- Roster management to cater sufficient manpower availability during Day and night shift.
- Post C-Check inspection monitoring and planning
- Implementation of Day to Day cancellation.
- Providing feasibilities to Notam/Aeroshow planning to commercial.
- Coordination for Custom clearance of Aircraft to and from International Terminal.
