Job Description

Hiring for One of Our Client

Role : Rotary Engineer

Dahej, Gujarat

5 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of
rotating equipment
such as pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, fans, agitators, and expanders.
Monitor equipment performance, vibration analysis, lubrication, and alignment to ensure reliable operations.
Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
Prepare maintenance schedules, job plans, and maintain spare parts inventory for rotating machinery.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and modifications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, instrumentation, electrical, reliability) for smooth plant functioning.
Maintain maintenance documentation, history cards, and SAP entries.
Work closely with vendors, OEMs, and contractors for repair/overhaul of major rotating equipment.
