Job Description

Hiring for One of Our Client

Role : Static Equipment Engineer

: Dahej, Gujarat

5 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of
static equipment
such as pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, reactors, boilers, storage tanks, and piping.
Conduct inspections (thickness measurement, NDT, hydrotesting, leak test, etc.) to ensure mechanical integrity.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
Prepare maintenance schedules, job plans, and ensure execution as per Reliance standards.
Support turnaround / shutdown activities including scope preparation, execution, and contractor management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and international standards (ASME, API, TEMA, IS codes).
Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and SAP/CMMS data.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party inspection agencies for equipment repair/overhaul.
Drive reliability improvement initiatives and support project modifications / new installations.
