Role Description -

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Plant and Machinery. Job posting would be as per company requirements and would require the candidate to travel as the case may be. The role involves overseeing the Maintenance of Hot in Place Recycling Machinery, Maintenance of all sort of Equipment involves in road construction, Overseeing erection, maintenance and dismantling of Batch Mix Plant. The maintenance activities will include Hydraulic components, engine components, electrical components and other auxiliary mechanical components. Responsibilities include delivering over 95% availability of the Machines ensuring seamless operations - increasing Mean Time to Breakdown (MTBF) and thereby reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTR) accordingly. In the process, the candidate should also have to plan the Inventory and Spare management. Additional responsibility should be of managing the vendors and timely availability of parts. The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The individual will be tasked with maintaining high standards of equipment performance and adherence to organizational goals.Candidate with self starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit shall be preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.5+ years of experience in the role of Maintenance and Management of Plant and Machinery, with proven records of delivering projects on time and within budget.Excellent knowledge of maintenance specifications, materials, and techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; experience in leading a team of supervisors and workers on-site.Ability to adhere and promote strict safety protocols and quality standards.Ability to prepare daily project reports.Fluency in Hindi and English.Share your CV to
