Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer Highways. Place of Posting would be based on as per Company requirements. The Project Engineer Highways will be responsible for Execution, planning, coordination with client and vendors, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of highways and roads. The Project Engineer Highways will collaborate with cross functional teams, QA and QC to develop project plans, estimate costs, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Candidate with mechanical bent of mind and entrepreneurial spirit and thinking will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of project engineering experience in highways and road construction, with proven records of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent knowledge of National Highway construction/maintenance specifications, materials, and techniques; well versed with all relevant codal provisions and MoRTH Specifications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; experience in leading a team of supervisors and workers on-site.
• Ability to adhere and promote strict safety protocols and quality standards.
• Ability to prepare daily project reports.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
