The Fitter Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding metal parts, ensuring the structural integrity and proper function of various components. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, performing routine maintenance on welding equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. The Fitter Welder will also collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient project completion. TERPL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED has extensive experience and expertise in providing sustainable road construction solutions through state-of-the-art HIPR technology. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Plant and Machinery. Job posting would be as per company requirements and would require the candidate to travel as the case may be. The role involves overseeing the Maintenance of Hot in Place Recycling Machinery, Maintenance of all sort of Equipment involves in road construction, Overseeing erection, maintenance and dismantling of Batch Mix Plant. The maintenance activities will include Hydraulic components, engine components, electrical components and other auxiliary mechanical components. Responsibilities include delivering over 95% availability of the Machines ensuring seamless operations - increasing Mean Time to Breakdown (MTBF) and thereby reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTR) accordingly. In the process, the candidate should also have to plan the Inventory and Spare management. Additional responsibility should be of managing the vendors and timely availability of parts. The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The individual will be tasked with maintaining high standards of equipment performance and adherence to organizational goals. Candidate with self starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit shall be preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in the role of Maintenance and Management of Plant and Machinery, with proven records of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent knowledge of maintenance specifications, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; experience in leading a team of supervisors and workers on-site. The Project Engineer Highways will be responsible for Execution, planning, coordination with client and vendors, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of highways and roads. The Project Engineer Highways will collaborate with cross functional teams, QA and QC to develop project plans, estimate costs, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidate with mechanical bent of mind and entrepreneurial spirit and thinking will be preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of project engineering experience in highways and road construction, with proven records of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent knowledge of National Highway construction/maintenance specifications, materials, and techniques; well versed with all relevant codal provisions and MoRTH Specifications.
