Job Description: TeamLease Edtech is India's leading learning solutions company providing comprehensive services across Universities and Corporates. We help Universities launch, run, and manage their own Online Programs, help Institutes improve the employability of their students through our skilling programs, and help Corporates upskill & reskill their workforce to improve productivity and build a talent supply chain. TeamLease EdTech offers a modular multi-modal classroom model of learning that operates across Online, Onsite, On-Job, and Virtual platforms to provide a seamless learning experience to the learners. TL Edtech has an exclusive partnership with 40 of India's largest Universities across 16 Indian states, trains 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages, works with 4500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and manages over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs. Key Responsibilities: - Take care of end-to-end placement and be responsible for client acquisition and demand generation for the placement of AEDP Students. - Client mapping and securing open vacancies and On the Job Training (OJT) for undergrad, graduate students, and postgraduates. - Provide counseling to students and prepare them for interviews with clients. - Conduct visits to centers and partners, ensuring an orientation program is conducted for all enrolled students. - Continuously explore new open positions and expand the employer base. - Ensure the placement of all students enrolled in affiliated universities for our Apprenticeship embedded degree program. - Facilitate the OJT of all selected students and ensure OJT/Offer letters & OJT Completion letters are collected from respective clients promptly. - Achieve placement and revenue targets. - Schedule and conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews (phone and in-person). Qualifications Required: - Strong functional/technical skills in end-to-end placement processes. - Excellent client acquisition and demand generation abilities. - Effective counseling skills to prepare students for interviews. - Proven track record of meeting placement and revenue targets. - Experience in conducting candidate screening and evaluation. - Previous experience in working with universities, institutes, or corporates will be advantageous.
