Assistant Manager - Placements

Role Overview: TeamLease Edtech is India's leading learning solutions company providing comprehensive services across Universities and Corporates. Key Responsibilities: - Take care of end-to-end placement process, including client acquisition and demand generation for the placement of AEDP Students - Map clients and secure open vacancies and On the Job Training (OJT) opportunities for undergrad, graduate students & postgraduates - Counsel students and prepare them for interviews with clients - Conduct center and partner visits to ensure orientation programs are completed for all enrolled students - Continuously search for new open positions and expand the employer base - Ensure placement of all students enrolled in affiliated universities for the Apprenticeship embedded degree program - Facilitate the OJT for all selected students and ensure timely collection of OJT/Offer letters & OJT Completion letter from respective clients - Achieve placement and revenue targets - Schedule and conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews (phone and in-person) Qualification Required: - Strong functional/technical skills in recruitment and placement processes - Excellent communication and counseling skills to guide and prepare students for interviews - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Proven track record of achieving placement and revenue targets - Experience in conducting candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
