Job Description

Assistant Manager - PL - Emerging
Job Purpose

Data Science, Data Mining, and data coordination with the marketing and BI teams.

Driving FA data campaigns.

Sales query resolution on a regular basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed business goals/targets in various products (i.e., Loans & Insurance, bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment and field activity on existing databases.

Manage, control, and own all channel businesses.

Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.

Maintain portfolio delinquency in line with product segment requirements.

Handle customer escalations and complaints.

Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.

Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales in loans. Experience in insurance is an added advantage.

Excellent team handling and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to recruit FOS (Feet on Street) through different channels.

Hands-on experience and knowledge in data management and MS Office.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle a team and achieve set targets.

Exceptionally high motivation levels and self-starter attitude.
