Key Responsibilities Areas -

• Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Track daily, monthly, and annual solar plant generation against PPA commitments and benchmarks.
• Analyze CUF, PR, grid curtailment, and downtime losses, ensuring accurate root cause identification.
• Provide performance deviation reports and recommend corrective measures.

• MIS & Reporting

• Design and maintain detailed MIS dashboards covering energy generation, O&M costs, grid availability, and financial returns.
• Prepare fund utilization and asset performance reports for management and investors.
• Automate data consolidation for multi-site performance tracking.

• Financial & Fund Analytics

• Support monitoring of revenue collections, tariff cash flows, and expense allocation across SPVs.
• Track CAPEX/OPEX budgets and variances against actuals.
• Assist in fund flow planning, investor reporting, and ensuring financial discipline in asset operations.

• Stakeholder Interaction

• Work closely with O&M teams, OEMs, and asset managers for accurate performance data.
• Support management reviews with analytical insights and presentations.
• Liaise with finance, compliance, and third-party consultants for periodical audits and reconciliations.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivoting, dashboards, macros).
• Good understanding of solar technical KPIs (CUF, PR, Grid Uptime, Auxiliary Consumption).
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, and fund management tracking.
• Ability to handle large volume datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or BI reporting tools will be an advantage.

Qualifications Required-

• Graduate in Engineering

  And

  MBA/Professional certification in data analytics/financial management would be a plus.
• 6-8 years of experience in solar asset management / renewable energy analytics with exposure to MIS and fund analysis.
