Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will actively participate and contribute to relevant business, scrum, and project meetings. Collaborating with other business analysts, you will play a crucial role in developing the change strategy by supporting projects throughout the development and testing lifecycle, including implementation. It will be essential for you to understand other change initiatives, recognize dependencies, and assess if business benefits can be achieved through change synergies. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with Process Excellence Leads and Global Process Owners to drive optimized, simple, seamless, and secure end-to-end People Processes that enhance Employee Experience. You will be a functional and process expert, collaborating with other Business Process Teams to support the end-to-end process development lifecycle. Leading end-to-end project activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, test development, and implementation, will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will participate in workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other techniques to gain a deep understanding of business problems and user needs within large complex projects. By translating business problems and user needs into detailed requirements that align with best practice methodology, you will contribute to the success of the projects. Managing senior stakeholder relationships, analyzing complex information to produce solutions, and effectively communicating with technical and business stakeholders will be crucial aspects of your role. Having experience working in a large digital organization or a strong understanding of how such organizations operate will be beneficial. Facilitation skills, stakeholder engagement skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills within agreed parameters are qualities that will help you excel in this position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver results at pace are also essential. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner to manage and visualize outcomes, prioritize work, and strive to achieve agreed minimum viable product (MVP) standards. This position is based in Bangalore Karle Town SEZ.
