Assistant Manager

As a Legal Counsel at our fast-growing Fintech Organization, your role will involve drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various legal documents such as contracts, letters, proposals, and RFPs to ensure minimal to no risk to the organization. You will collaborate closely with clients, partners, service providers, and vendors to resolve any contractual issues that may arise. Additionally, working with cross-functional teams including compliance, product, finance, and business units will be essential for the successful implementation of special projects across all business verticals within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various legal documents - Collaborating with clients, partners, service providers, and vendors to resolve contractual issues - Working with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation - Analyzing business requirements, identifying potential issues, and proposing effective solutions - Adhering to internal frameworks, mandates, and processes for legal compliance - Managing end-to-end legal aspects of assigned business transactions - Providing general corporate advisory support - Assisting senior colleagues in researching and evaluating new business models Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end contract management with a focus on compliance - Strong legal acumen and excellent interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently - Proficiency in MS Word/MS Office - Experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel preferred - LL.B degree from a top-tier institute required Joining our team will expose you to a merit-based culture that values self-motivated individuals striving for a successful career in India's fastest-growing Fintech Organization.
