Patent Drafter

• Draft and Review high-quality patent specifications

  for inventions in telecom, AI, mechanical, and related technologies, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic claim coverage
• Train team of patent drafters for continuous quality improvement as per client needs and drafting standards

• Collaborate with inventors, R&D teams, and IP counsels

  to understand technical disclosures and convert them into robust patent applications

• Support end-to-end patent drafting process

  , including invention harvesting, claim drafting, and preparing detailed patent specification

• Work closely with stakeholders

  and external counsel to ensure alignment with global filing and prosecution strategies

• Stay current with evolving trends

  in wireless communication technologies, NLP, AI, Robotics and related domains to ensure forward-looking IP drafting

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience in patent drafting, preferably at a reputed law firm, consulting firm, or in-house patent department
• B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/Ph.D in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or mechanical domain or closely related field
• Registered Indian Patent Agent preferred (but not mandatory with strong drafting experience)
