Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution as per targets.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment with close coordination with maintenance teams.
Monitor and control operational KPIs such as yield, downtime, and quality.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and cost reduction.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant functioning.

Required Skills:

Strong exposure to Plastic Recycling processes and equipment
Expertise in Operations Management, Production & Maintenance
Hands-on experience in managing shop floor teams
Good understanding of safety norms and compliance
