Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of executives to manage logistics and related activities including - Logistics for B2C shipments, B2B shipments, inter WH transfers, first mile logistics from vendors to WH
• Handle vendor relationships
• Track metrics related to cost, speed and reliability and identify areas for improvement
• Support internal teams to handle escalations
• Work with finance to manage billing and monthly cost provisioning
• Handle ad hoc projects in supply chain domain

What we look for

• Ecommerce or Retail operation experience
• Experience of managing a team of executives and handling logistics vendors
• Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
• Minimum Experience 5 years
