Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager at Olga Resorts, your role will be crucial in supporting daily resort operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your prior experience in the hotel industry will be invaluable as you manage teams, coordinate departments, and handle guest relations with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Operation Manager in day-to-day operations of the resort - Supervise staff across departments such as front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services - Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and overseeing service delivery - Train and motivate staff to uphold resort standards and procedures - Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards - Handle staff schedules, attendance, and performance reviews - Assist in financial reporting, vendor coordination, and cost control - Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak times and events Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in the hotel industry preferred In this full-time position, you will work day shifts with the opportunity for performance bonuses.
