Hi, We are currently hiring for one of our clients in Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli for a AM-NVOCC operations role Role & responsibilities Exp handling documentation (import & export); quality and timelines management Good communication skills, Problem solving, analytical skills, Stakeholder management, process optimization, Compliance, Escalation management, query resolution, Team management Well versed with Customs regulations for ISC region including international Regulations. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans. Monitor service KPIs, customer feedback, and complaint trends. Prepare regular reports for management. Exp in customer service operations, driving service excellence Organizational initiatives (System configuration, implementation, testing and continuous improvement) Team management - prior exp of managing 6 - 10 reportees.
