Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Non-BOM department at Asahi India Glass Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the Non-BOM department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in glass manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of glass production processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with computer-aided design software.
