2. Supplier & Contract Management

3. Inventory & ERP Oversight

4. Supplier Performance & Quality Control

5. Contract Compliance & Risk Management

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in food processing industry or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering).
  
• Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, raw materials, packing materials, procurement, purchase management.
