Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage MIS and regulatory reporting related to legal claims. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to support legal and compliance functions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to legal claims, litigation status, and financial impact.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting as per statutory requirements (e.g., RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, etc.).
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to gather relevant data and documentation.
- Track and monitor legal claims, settlements, and provisions.
- Support audits and inspections by providing required reports and documentation.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations for senior management.
- Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all reporting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Law, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in MIS, regulatory reporting, or legal claims management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally.
