Assistant Manager -Mechanical Maintenance

Role & responsibilities:-

1. Core :

a. Planning breakdown and preventive maintenance for critical plant machinery, including Rotary Kilns, Rotary Coolers, Grate Dryers, Nodulisers, Ball Mills, Air Separators, Pneumatic Pumps, Elevators, Crushers, Mixers, Hoists, EOT Cranes, Belt Conveyors, Packing Machines, Skip Hoists, Furnaces, and Vibrating Conveyors etc b. Manpower optimization/ Deployment/ accounting/invoicing/AMC c. IMS documentation

2. Utility maintenance: a. Compressor, forklift & DG Set management/AMC/Spares procurement & Invoicing and running optimization. b. Water filter plant, colony water supply.

3. Implementation of OPEX action plans a. Driving improvement/ KAIZEN jobs b. Taking part in different cost saving projects

4. Statutory compliance jobs a. Compliance/ Documentation related to safety and environment. 5. EHS activities and compliance of audit findings a. Following all EHS related protocols. b. Ensuring all compliances are done on time. c. Imparting necessary training to the departmental workforce. d. Conducting audits, maintaining & following 5S culture. 6. Spare planning and inventory management. a. Consumables/spares procurements/AMC/Invoicing 7. Computer proficiency in MS office. a. Working knowledge in SAP (Preferable) b. Knowledge of AUTO-CAD

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech. - Mechanical

Reading & writing fluency-English & Hindi

Minimum 05 years Industrial experience in a similar field.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:

Well-organised and able to handle manpower and flexible with duty timings.

Strong creative mind-set, self-starter, team player, strategic thinker.

Knowledge of SAP, MS Office

Excellent communication, able to facilitate followup & discussions with vendor & material suppliers.

Good management skill-Computer literate with basic level MS Office, Google sheet & presentation
