Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop manufacturing processes from concept to production, ensuring feasibility studies, process layout, equipment specification, tool design & development, machine development, process planning, and process stabilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introduction (NPI) projects involving extrusion processing.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to improve overall efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing engineering.
Provide technical guidance on process improvements initiatives.
