As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in water and wastewater treatment systems, you will lead the Tank and Pressure Vessel design for various treatment plants, such as WTP, ETP, STP, WWTP, and Desalination facilities. You will conduct quality control reviews to verify design integrity and safety, as well as confirm compliance with customer specifications. Cost estimation and budget management will also be essential, requiring collaboration with the project team to prepare cost estimates for mechanical components and equipment while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Your work experience of 10+ years in mechanical engineering, specifically in water and wastewater treatment systems, will be valuable in this role. You should be familiar with industrial standards such as ANSI, ASME, API, and design software like PVElite. Your strong understanding of various mechanical components and equipment used in these systems, coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, will be crucial for success in this position. The Sr Architect - Industrial Architect position requires a certified Architect with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in industrial projects. The individual should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and be skilled in conducting site visits and surveys to assess site conditions. They will be responsible for ensuring that the proposed design is feasible and appropriate for the site, addressing any design changes or issues promptly. The ideal candidate should have expertise in selecting materials, finishes, equipment, and fixtures for projects, taking into consideration factors such as cost, durability, and functionality. They will be tasked with planning and designing industrial facilities to be functional, safe, and sustainable while ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Proficient in communication protocols: DeviceNet, ControlNet, Modbus, and Foundation Fieldbus. Active involvement in breakdowns, shutdowns, and system improvement initiatives. Technical Qualities: Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Equipment/Instruments like Furnace Transformers, Distribution & Lighting Transformers, ESP & ETP application Transformers, HT Panels, PCCs, MCCs, APFCR, UPS, VVVFDs Soft Starter Panels, etc. Good Knowledge of Automation System and Field Instruments.
