Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs across product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and soft skills.
  • Conduct induction sessions, daily huddles, and refresher workshops for new and existing staff.
  • Lead customer-facing workshops and live demonstrations during launches, events, and in-store engagements.
  • Monitor team performance during customer interactions; provide coaching and feedback.
  • Customize and update training content to align with new products, campaigns, and HQ modules.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and premium customer service at the Samsung BKC Store.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure training supports business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 -10 years experience in retail training / L&D / customer experience roles.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics (previous tech training experience preferred).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skillscomfortable leading large groups and one-to-one sessions.
