Job Description

You will be responsible for executing operational tasks and managing technical delivery and project management within the field of Literature Screening at Cencora. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing quality, workload, compliance, and document management for assigned PV projects - Coordinating projects and allocating resources effectively - Training and mentoring PV department staff when necessary - Generating and sharing monthly invoices for all PV clients - Recruiting new staff for the PV Department - Setting objectives and conducting annual appraisals for staff - Ensuring training compliance for PV staff - Representing the PV department during client audits or regulatory inspections - Writing/reviewing QA documents for Pharmacovigilance projects - Organizing and conducting training on relevant documents - Identifying safety-relevant publications in scientific literature - Screening scientific literature using internal and external tools - Performing medical assessment of literature reports - Acting as the main contact for client/project management - Taking on additional tasks as needed that align with your abilities and qualifications Qualifications: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (Advanced degree preferred) - 6-9 years of experience in pharmacovigilance - Experience in handling pharmacovigilance activities for multiple countries - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment - Familiarity with pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Cencora offers benefits that may vary by country and are aligned with local market practices.
