Medical Care & Health Management Provide first aid, medical assessments, and emergency response for students and staff. Monitor and manage students with chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy, ensuring individualized care plans. Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and immunization data. Prepare and submit regular medical reports and incident summaries to senior leadership. Support medical planning and risk assessments for school trips, excursions, and large events. Liaise with external healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to ensure continuous care when needed. Leadership & Team Management Supervise and train the nursing team to uphold high clinical standards. Manage staff schedules, absences, and coverage effectively. Foster professionalism, teamwork, and a positive work environment. Address staff conflicts constructively and respectfully. Clinic & Infirmary Oversight Oversee daily operations of the school infirmary, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and preparedness. Manage clinic inventory, including medicines, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and compliance with safety standards. Health Promotion & Communication Promote health education, hygiene, and wellness through school-wide initiatives and workshops. Communicate sensitively and effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds. Provide guidance on mental health, nutrition, and preventive healthcare as appropriate. Safeguarding & Compliance Complete safeguarding and child protection training as per school policy. Identify and promptly report safeguarding or welfare concerns. Ensure all health practices comply with local regulations and school policies. Proficient in medical assessment and diagnosis. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Empathy and a passion for working with children and young adults.

You will be providing medical safety expertise to Sponsors of drugs, devices, and combination products during the post-marketing period. Your responsibilities will include conducting primary medical review of cases, assessing seriousness, listedness/labeling, causality, adverse event coding, and narrative review. Daily case data update and documentation, along with feedback in appropriate trackers/tools, will be essential for efficient tracking and workflow management. It will be your responsibility to ensure the quality, compliance, and productivity of all assigned deliverables within the expected SLAs and KPIs. After a tenure of 1 year, you will provide training and guidance to the case processing team on medical aspects of case processing. Additionally, you will perform aggregate and signal analysis activities to support single case processing and maintain a culture of high customer service. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in medical science, MD, DO, or equivalent degree. - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. - Language proficiency in English at ILR level 3+ for speaking and ILR level 4+ for writing/reading. Experience: - Working knowledge of medical sciences, diagnosis, therapeutics, drug treatments, and procedures. - Understanding of regulatory requirements for Clinical Research. - Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines.
