Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRMS, WMS, POS, etc.).
Ensure smooth operation, uptime, and performance of all business applications.
Manage user access, permissions, role-based controls, and license validity.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support for SAP issues (master data issues, transaction errors, integration failures, etc.).
Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Liaise with SAP consultants or AMS partners to resolve critical incidents and change requests.

Experience:
Min 4 years of relevant experience

Qualification:
Any Graduation / Diploma in Information Technology

Additional
MCSE / CCNA Certifications

Kannur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
