Job Description

KEY PURPOSE:

Responsible for Institutional Sales Pan India to achieve sales targets through mode of channel

network and involves closely to work with all stakeholders to manage relationships , drive

revenue generations and ensure high customer satisfaction

Education:

Engineering / MBA preferred

Experience:

3-10 years experience in institutional sales with

experience in automotive or Industrial Equipment's.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategize and Build this line of business from a central location from the base of current

regional initiatives

Develop and grow the Institutional business of STU and small trailer MFG by providing high

levels of customer engagement and generating sales volumes

Plan and achieve monthly sales plans for Institutional Sales
Develop after sales processes and infrastructure to ensure customer demands are satisfied on time.
Develop a deep understanding of the market and competition and use insights to drive

strategies to counter competition activity for sales of spare parts in the region.

Ensure participation in government & STUs tenders, and work with internal teams submit

tenders in a timely and accurate manner.

Work collaboratively with government authorities to understand their issues and be an integral

part in providing solutions
