Assistant Manager / Manager - Credit control & Collection

Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our company, your role will involve reconciling customer accounts and updating AR records on a daily basis. You will be responsible for tracking and managing bank guarantees such as ABG, PBG, and CPBG. Handling deductions including GST, TDS, and LD will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will need to effectively coordinate with sales, finance, and commercial teams for collections and review and validate commercial terms in invoices, PO, and contracts. Additionally, maintaining documentation for internal and external audits, implementing credit control policies, preparing collection reports, and sharing updates with management will be crucial tasks. You will also be expected to assist with other finance and commercial tasks as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile customer accounts and update AR records daily - Track and manage bank guarantees including ABG, PBG, and CPBG - Handle deductions such as GST, TDS, and LD - Coordinate with sales, finance, and commercial teams for collections - Review and validate commercial terms in invoices, PO, and contracts - Maintain documentation and support internal and external audits - Implement and support credit control policies to reduce risk - Prepare collection reports and share updates with management - Assist with other finance and commercial tasks as required Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or MBA in a related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance - Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and commercial terms - Good Excel and accounting software skills (e.g., Tally, SAP) - Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently,
