Assistant Manager

As a Maintenance Assistant Manager in the Tyre Industry located in Ludhiana, you will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of machines such as Hydraulic Presses, Intermixing (Banbury), or other plant machinery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Swiftly troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns to minimize production loss. - Maintaining records of maintenance activities, servicing schedules, and spare parts inventory. - Coordinating with production and other departments to ensure equipment readiness and reliability. To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance. - Prior experience in the Tyre or Rubber Industry. - Sound knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and industrial maintenance procedures. - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
