1. Manage Litigation: Handle and oversee litigation matters, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
2. Collaborate with External Counsel: Work with external lawyers and law firms to manage litigation, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic guidance.
3. Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, negotiate, and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
4. Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to track litigation, legal developments, and best practices.
1. Qualifications: LL.B. (or equivalent) from a reputable law school.
2. Experience: 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in an in-house role or with a law firm.
3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
