Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the company.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various contracts and agreements.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with legal software and technology is an advantage.
  • Must hold an LLB degree.
