Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Learning Content

    : Lead the end-to-end creation of engaging, high-impact learning journeys tailored to diverse learner groups, grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Scale Learning Interventions

    : Strategically plan and execute the expansion of learning solutions across functions and geographies, ensuring consistency and contextual relevance.
  • Facilitate Learning Experiences

    : Deliver learning sessions with clarity and impact, while also addressing learner queries with empathy and effectiveness to enhance the overall experience.
  • Support Change Initiatives

    : Contribute proactively during organizational transitions by aligning learning content with evolving needs and supporting teams through change.
  • Operate in Agile Environments

    : Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Demonstrate Accountability

    : Take ownership of deliverables, maintain flexibility, and uphold high standards to meet and exceed learner and stakeholder expectations.
  • Leverage Learning Technologies

    : Utilize digital tools and platforms to design innovative, scalable, and tech-enabled learning solutions that drive engagement and retention.

Knowledge

  • Able to synthesize business requirements and develop training frameworks and content to meet learning needs.
  • Understands key business drivers such as cost, contribution, and their impact.
  • Usage of latest and best suitable L&OD tools that is in the market.
  • Able to effectively use appropriate business terms and vocabulary in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong content design and storytelling abilities to craft impactful, learner-centric materials that align with adult learning principles.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present learning content and facilitate sessions with influence.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple content development projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset to co-create with subject matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking to draw meaningful insights from learner data and feedback, enhancing content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Critical thinking and adaptability to navigate complex learning needs and evolving organizational priorities.
  • Solution-oriented approach with a passion for innovation in learning design and delivery.

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate with 5 to 8 years of related professional experience.
  • Post-graduate or additional certifications is desirable.
  • A sound understanding of L&D and recognizable experience in creating experiential learning journeys, effective facilitation techniques and knowledge of using instructional design tools and methodologies.
