Department: Human Resource We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Expert to support our HR Department. The role involves managing, analyzing, and presenting HR data to facilitate accurate reporting, decision-making, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and other MIS tools, with a good understanding of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and update various HR MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (e.g., attendance, headcount, recruitment status). Generate accurate dashboards and reports for senior management and HR leadership. Support team in ad-hoc data requirements and presentations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR databases and spreadsheets.
