Job Description

  • Supervise the kst department, managing teams responsible for cleaning, chemical handling, and waste management in all food processing areas.
  • Maintain strict standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across production and storage areas.
  • Oversee inventory control for all operating equipment, chemicals, cleaning supplies, and ensure accurate records of stock usage and ordering.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and packing teams to ensure timely availability of supplies and efficient stewardship support for all operations.
  • Organize staff training sessions on correct hygiene practices, chemical handling (HACCP/ISO), and equipment maintenance.
  • Implement waste disposal, recycling, pest control, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with FMCG and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety policies, reporting all risks or incidents to management and following corrective action plans.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for dishwashing, deep cleaning, and sanitation schedules.
