We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring timely execution of customer orders with the right quality and material utilization. The role requires coordination across planning, production, and vendor teams to meet organizational goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Review and understand sales orders received from customers. Coordinate with the Planning In-Charge for technical understanding of requirements. Calculate and plan material requirements (with assistance if needed). Assign manpower and schedule production activities accordingly. Guide and brief production vendors on job specifications and schedules. Issue material requirement chits to vendors for store requisitions. Conduct in-process and final inspections , ensuring adherence to quality standards. Monitor daily production progress and update schedules as necessary. Record final inspection measurements and observations accurately. Hold daily meetings with the Plant In-Charge for updates and new assignments. Ensure Right Quality, Right Time, and Right Raw Material in every production process. Promote continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen , Abhinandan , and maintain the NC Register for quality and HR best practices. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Mechanical Engineer Experience: 2-3 years in production operations within medium to micro industry in production department Proven ability to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality. Strong leadership, teamwork, and flexibility in handling production teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferably non-smoker / non-drinker with a disciplined and responsible approach. certifications.
