Education:

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of information systems, data management, and experience with system administration.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential.

Role & responsibilities

IT Operations & Support:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure the functionality of IT resources.
System & Network Management:
Support system upgrades and enhancements, ensure data integrity and security, monitor system performance, and help maintain the IT infrastructure.
Policy & Compliance:
Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and network access.
Project Support:
Support IT projects, plan system upgrades, and evaluate new technologies to meet business needs.
Reporting:
Monitor system performance and prepare reports for senior management on various IT operations and projects.
