Job Description

Looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager-IT in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement IT infrastructure and systems architecture strategies.
Map relationships between IT platform/infrastructure components.
Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms.
Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.
Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team.
Deliver input to policies, processes, and standards, where decisions are tactical and operational within a defined scope.

Job Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
Ability to participate in or lead the development of new solutions/projects.
Experience in supervising and coordinating lower-level specialists.
Strong understanding of technology end-users, IT systems software & hardware, and info-communications transmission networks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with mixed teams of specialists and support roles, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
