Assistant Manager IT

As an Assistant Manager - IT, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the management and optimization of our company's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing support for IT operations, implementing strategic technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems. You will be involved in various aspects of IT support and operations, including maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance with minimal downtime. Additionally, you will support server management and administration to maintain high availability and reliable performance. Your role will also involve assisting in system and network administration to ensure efficient and secure operations. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to our business operations. You will also play a key role in supporting IT projects, collaborating with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure improvements. Furthermore, you will assist in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality deliverables. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles. Strong knowledge of IT systems, server administration, network management, and hardware/software troubleshooting is essential. Experience with ERP systems is preferred, and certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified will be advantageous.
