About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Management & Coordination

    • Oversee the daily activities of the sales team and ensure alignment with Varuns directives.
    • Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and overall team performance.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales personnel to optimize results.

      Strategic Planning & Execution Support

    • Assist Varun in planning and executing sales strategies.
    • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights.
    • Ensure every business plan, proposal, or critical sales decision is routed through Varun.

      Meeting & Schedule Management

    • Plan and manage Varun’s calendar, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of meetings.
    • Prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure execution of action items.

      Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for Varun’s review.
    • Analyze trends, achievements, and gaps across the sales team and suggest corrective actions.

      Communication & Liaison

    • Act as the primary point of contact between Varun and the sales team.
    • Draft internal communications, reminders, and follow-ups.
    • Ensure critical updates and escalations reach Varun promptly.

      Operational Excellence

    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
    • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
    • Support Varun in prioritizing tasks and managing critical initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support, operations, or managing sales teams.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

High level of discretion and professionalism.
