Assistant Manager- Human Resources & Training

**Role Overview:** As a Human Resources Management Assistant at Marriott Executive Apartments Navi Mumbai, your role involves assisting in identifying and addressing employee and organizational development needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective training programs are in place to achieve desired business results. These programs will cover various topics such as product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills. You will conduct needs assessments, design and develop training programs, and facilitate their delivery to both custom and corporate audiences. It will be your duty to measure the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and inform employees about all training programs - Display leadership in guest hospitality and customer service - Help employees identify behaviors contributing to service excellence - Ensure ongoing training for understanding guest expectations - Use effective training methods for demonstrating guest satisfaction skills - Monitor enrollment and attendance at training classes - Assess progress and address concerns with participants - Partner with operational leaders to assess technical and leadership skills - Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate training - Develop specific training to improve service performance - Drive brand values and philosophy in all training activities - Assist in developing and managing training budgets **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of experience in HR or related field; certified trainer - OR 4-year bachelor's degree in relevant major with certification as a trainer; no work experience required **Additional Information:** Marriott Executive Apartments provides temporary housing that feels like home in major business travel destinations worldwide.
