Job Description

Shall be able to lead below mentioned activities.

1.Ensure smooth Industrial Relations management.

2. Negotiate and finalize long term settlements with unions and further ensure full execution of the same.

3.Ensure complete execution of labor laws.

4. Maintain cordial relations with Unions and employees at all levels.

5. Co-ordinate and ensure execution of security requirements through concerned Security Officers.

6. Co-ordinate with Safety Officer to ensure execution of statutory requirements.

7. Statutory Compliance under various applicable laws.

8. Smooth liaison with Government Officials and other professional agencies.

9. All welfare activities like Canteen, Bus Transport, Annual Medical Checkups, etc.

10.Disciplinary actions

11. Interface with Auditors and ensure execution of audit remarks.

12. Management of contract labor.

13.Designing HR / IR Policies and implementation.

14.Strategic alignment with Senior Management.

15.Employee Engagement
