Responsibilities

  • Administer

    PeopleStrong HRMS

    modules Recruitment, Onboarding, PMS, LMS, and Exit.
  • Configure, test, and implement system workflows and automations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes through technology.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using

    advanced Excel

    .
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance within HR systems.

Requirements

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
  • 5–6 years of HR domain experience with strong

    HR Tech exposure

    .
  • Prior experience with

    PeopleStrong HRMS

    is a must.
  • Familiarity with other HR systems like

    KEKA, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors

    is an advantage.
  • Excellent Excel and communication skills.
