Today, it is a leader in the commercial vehicle market in Tripura. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-HR located in Agartala. The Assistant Manager-HR will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include coordinating hiring processes, building employee development programs, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires maintaining HR records and providing support in strategic HR initiatives. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Proficiency in HR operations and compliance with labor laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement employee development programs Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Experience in the hr profile minimum 6 years.
