The Assistant Manager-HR will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include coordinating hiring processes, building employee development programs, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
