Responsibilities

As the Lead - HR Operations, you will:

• Drive end-to-end HR operations, including payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance adherence.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and background verification for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and optimize processes.
• Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and generate analytics for informed decision-making..
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, including hands-on exposure to payroll management and compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and best practices in HR.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Be adept at using HR software, tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (MBA preferred).
